  • I walked my associate to Palazzo valet to get her car. We first saw Anthony (valet) who opened the door for us and was a complete gentleman! So funny and engaging, he made our day. I told Anthony I was walking back to work (3 or 4 blocks). He got me a frozen water and walked me to the stairs that lead to the street (LVBLVD). He then shook my hand "said it was a pleasure to meet you". It's gonna be a GREAT DAY! Thanks Anthony. Now that's how you do SERVICE in VEGAS!
