  • This venue is stunning, comfortable, and a great addition to the valley music scene. The building is lovely and as other reviewers have noted- it's a wonderful place to see a show. Most impressive: -All the staff were very friendly, professional, and welcoming. This is a huge deal as so many venues treat you as an enemy, instead of welcome guest. (I'm looking you Marquee....). Seriously well done to management for making it a priority to provide solid customer service. We notice and appreciate it! -The building is just beautiful. Spacious and airy, they worked very hard to make this place a destination. The bathrooms are huge and immaculate and just shockingly nice. Couldn't be more impressed. -Plenty of bars and it is well staffed. Very nicely done and most of the bartenders were great. ***Opportunities for improvement*** -A featured drink is a margarita, but strangely there's no salt to be found? For the love of sweet baby Jesus- please get some salt for your bartenders. I fully understand you need fast turnaround but it only takes one second to dip a cup in salt. Please do this, the details matter. -The desert murals on the walls are a good thought- but the execution is so choppy it looks like a 4th grade art class project. It kind of cheapens the place, although I fully get art is subjective, so apologies if this is someone's passion project. -This one is a biggie, and made me want to give a one star review. After the concert, there was a huge bottle neck as they wouldn't open any extra doors to egress the building. It took about 15 minutes just to exit the building to get into the patio area, at which point you have to slog through the smoking area to finally leave. Meanwhile there are numerous exits that should be used to let guests out in a more efficient manner. I was really frustrated how they handled egress. I understand they need to ensure people aren't walking out with alcoholic beverages, but there are ways to handle this. Since there are staff at every door, just have them monitor this just like they do at the exit point. I found it really inconsiderate of all the attendees time- to have people wait so long to exit. This is going to be a deal breaker for me if this cannot be remedied. It's unfortunate that such a great place hasn't figured out how to allow guests to exit safely and more efficiently. It makes no sense to wait 15 minutes to exit, only to be stuck on a crowded patio where people are clogging up the passageways smoking. Management- I implore you to sort it out.
