  • Worst experience ever!!! Mauricio was extremely rude...to myself and another customer while I was in the office. He asked both of us why we were coming in so late on a Friday before a holiday weekend! What?? I had just received my car back from the body shop so how was that my fault or my choice? And Hertz was still open so why does that matter? I called ahead to let them know I needed a ride back to my vehicle and he told me I'd have to get there before 5:30, which I did. Then he tried to tell me- no ride! Luckily another employee found a driver for me. Forever grateful to her! If you choose to rent through Hertz, don't deal with Mauricio - he will be rude and unaccommodating. VERY disappointed! This will be my first and last time using Hertz.
