  • Very nice zoo, huge! You could really spend most of a day here for sure. We spent about four hours (and had to leave due to time constraints) and were not able to see all of the areas. I am really not by nature a fan of zoos, but the animals here do seem well cared for and their habitats are well maintained. Loved seeing the giant pandas, and the "Africa" area as well. Do be prepared to do a lot of walking. Food is expensive and pretty lackluster ( which is generally the case at these venues!). We arrived early on a Friday morning and it was not too crowded, but by the time we left it was super busy. I think coming early midweek would be optimal to avoid the crowds. Definitely a fun activity, especially for families. Worthy of a return visit in the future.
