If you want to come for an Experience, come with a group of 6ish and you might be able to take advantage of the tasting menu (they'll basically choose dishes for you). We saw another table with a foie gras cake dessert/appetizer which was said to be perfect if you're an absolute lover of foie gras!
Our meal started with a deep fried foie gras appetizer which can only be described as a foie gras explosion. It was phenomenal - and it was only the beginning! Next app was the foie gras poutine (a MUST try if you love foie gras and poutine), then a seared foie gras on top of a potato 'pancake' with a honey maple syrup (omg so good) and then an app of skewers with rabbit kidney and foie gras.
Our mains included the duck in a can, shank with parmesan risotto, and maple ham. I'm usually not a ham person, but DAMN was it a good ham. The maple glaze was outstanding and if you happen to like sweet bbq sauces I definitely recommend it. Everyone loved every dish though so it's really up to you!
BTW it will probably be the fattiest meal of your life, but you'll be glad to try this place at least once.
