Not entirely sure I understand how two of the four reviewers on here think this class is useless. I've been taking these classes since December of last year, and combined with changing my diet, have lost a solid 15lbs. My balance is crazy good, I've met some really nice people, and after class I always feel great. My guess is that some of the other reviewers weren't actually trying. The classes are probably one of the best things to happen to me in my weight-loss venture. I'd definitely recommend (and have recommended) this studio to friends.
