Looking over past reviews I can't tell if these are all fakes or what, with the exception of 1 posted today (ironic) that tells the same story of what I'm currently experiencing. Presidential Pools is a bad choice, plain and simple. They wow you with their nice showroom and pool display, they tell you they are the biggest pool builder in the valley, etc, etc and make you feel like you've made a great choice by going with them..but you haven't. Yes they are responsive to calls and emails but it's all talk and no action. I realize my project is not of the multi-million dollar variety that my Presidential sales rep boasted about selling...but now I'm wishing I would've went with a smaller company that would've actually been appreciative of my business rather than seeing me as a waste of time. I feel like I'm bothering each person I call there when all I really want is for my project to reach completion so I can never have to work with this company again. I live in a new subdivision and many of my neighbors are having pools installed..none of them are having the headache I'm having here. In fact my situation is vastly different from everyone I've talked to. I do not suggest using this company. From what I'm told you'll have much better luck with a lower volume company, preferably one of the locally family owned variety.
Update: i didn't realize this before but all of their negative reviews seem to be listed under the "not recommended" hidden review section at the bottom of this yelp page as another yelper so kindly pointed out . Funny that all of the 1 star reviews seem to be located there.. I don't know if this shadiness can be attributed to yelp or presidential but be sure to check those reviews for further information on the suckiness of this company.
