  • my experience with time warner cable has been ridiculous. first of nobody ever showed up to my house. then when i tried to call them to ask them why this happened, TRACY had an attitude. claimed someone came there when they never did and i was home all day. She said she'd send someone back out. nobody called/came within the next 3 hours. so i called again. i spoke with another person that claimed TRACY never put in to have someone else come back out and i'd have to reschedule for another day. long story short, i got my money back.i will never recommend this terrible company to anybody.
