I booked an appointment 11 days in advance online for a big trip. 3 days before my appointment (after I confirmed i still wanted the appointment) I get a text saying the person I have my appointment with isn't working that day. Ok, so I go to make a new appointment with a different person and they're all booked. So disappointed, I heard great things about this place but now I need to go somewhere else. Work on your online booking service, please.
