  • Picked up my prescription meds for my daughter because the pharmacy called twice telling me it's ready. So I go there, drive thru, sat down in my car waiting for somebody to help me because all the workers there were acting as if they were all busy. One lady with dreadlocks told me "we'll be right with you" after about 3-4 mins, yes I timed them, the tech named Marissa said the other medicine they still have to mix because they want to make sure that I am paying for it. $7 is the cost of that med with my insurance and they want to make sure I have $7 to pay. So i said of course I am paying. Then she said "ok it will be another 10 minutes because we have to mix it." She told me to wait, and pull out of the drive thru and go around to wait 10 mins then come back. There are maybe 2-3 cars behind me. So i pulled up so they can help the other customers. I was upset and showed them that I was upset because why would you call twice when on reality it isn't ready?? I get it maybe they don't want to waste meds but the service here is crap. The Marissa girl did not apologize, for being slow and making me go around to wait. They should have some sort of system for these type of things, calling customers telling them they are ready but when u get there, it's not. This is actually the 2nd time it has happened to me! They called and the meds weren't ready because of some issues. This pharmacy is poorly managed. I will switch pharmacy from now on. The tech did now apologiZe when I went back to the drive thru. Rude. Thinks she is entitled to being rude. She handed me the meds like nothing happened. If Marissa is reading this, please tell your parents to teach you some manners. You cannot work like that in the real world.
