In the past I have used this company and had nothing but good experiences. This time not so much. The whole process has been frustrating. For him to do his job we had to turn our water off all day, which was fine but at the end of the day when he turned it back on, he told my father, "the water isn't getting hot, must be because the hot water tank is so far away", so he knowingly left us with no hot water and when I called him about a hour later he said he was unavailable and I would have to wait till tomorrow between 9 and 10 when he was available to get my hot water turned back on. He also stated he was the only one in the company who had the tool to fix my problem. How is it that this big of a company only has one tool to fix this type of problem? Ummmm nope! I called the office and let them know what was going on and all they could say was they would email his boss and have him call me. I accepted that answer and gave them a hour to respond. No response so I called back and was told again they would email this guy, which was unacceptable to me because it was 430pm and I'm sure he's already left or going to leave shortly. They finally, after I became very upset with the answers I was getting from them, offered to have another tech come to do a "temporary fix" until the other gentleman could get here. I'm not a plumber but how is this issue temporarily fixed? And without the only tool the company has? Idk. But They did send a tech out and the problem was fixed. No tool needed..... I understand mistakes happen but being blown off by a company I am paying a lot of money to do a job professionally and properly is completely unacceptable. The manager didn't return my phone call until 1230 the next day. The tech had already come back to my home to finish the job and didn't say one word to me about the hot water issue, which says to me he really didn't care but that's ok to. Their job is complete at my home and I will never use their services again. It's not easy dealing with flooding and unexpected issues in the first place, Parker and sons and the ppl they referred us to caused more stress and I won't be using this company again.
