  • The hotel is nice but the staff is terrible! The rooms are much better since the remodeled, sky lofts & mansions are out of control amazing! The most unfortunate part of the experience was the bell desk and wait staff at the restaurants. They just seem so incredibly unhappy. Cheer-Up you have a job!
