  • I gotta say we had the worst dang experience ever from a top notch rated company. We had two new units installed (3 ton and 4 ton) and the crew was sloppy (insulation EVERYWHERE), dirty (handprints on the ceiling) careless (thermostat installed not level) and inexperienced (the air was BLASTING out of the bedroom. They must have been new. We had to have the restoration team out twice to fix the mess the first crew made. We love our new AC units, and hope to never do business with this company again.
