  • DO NOT USE SHELLY WALTERS!!! Wardley Real Estate probably has some great agents, however Shelly Walters is most definitely not one of them. We just purchased a home and Shelly Walters was the listing agent. She was nothing short of a nightmare to deal with. Examples: 1) Ms. Walters is a chronic liar and told us what she thought we wanted to hear just to get rid of us. She lied about financial issues, the home inspection, work being done on the house, etc etc. 2) Ms. Walters was late to every single meeting we had with her. Every one. I don't mean a few minutes late, I'm talking 30+ minutes late. She even had the balls to tell us once that she was late because she "couldn't wake up in time". 3) Ms. Walters appeared to be under the influence of a sedative on every occasion that we met with her. Slurred speech, slow movements, difficulty interpreting our conversation, large bags under her eyes, etc. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Do yourself a favor....find a different agent!!! Shelly Walters is horrid!
