  • First off, let me say I really like mec as a company. The service here can be a bit hit and miss. The 2 times I've had problems here were both related to the people working. The most recent of times I was asking about a mid-layer to someone who was working in the area. A simple question about the product to see if there was other versions of the mid-layer that didn't have a fleece outside part to it. Needless to say I was greeted with less than human response in which I turned and walked away. Good products, but be wary of the grumps.
