  • I'm leaving this review but I plan on calling and speaking to a manager or supervisor. I'm not going to leave no stars, but i do want to post this so that hopefully the issue gets addressed. My moms cat went missing. We came into this location to see if they have possibly found him. There were several women at the front and they were just sitting there. The girl I believe she was blonde, was very nice and when I let her know what we were there for she turned around and asked which one of the girls would like to take us back. None of them wanted to and we're actually laughing about trying to figure out which one wanted to take us back (in a rude way). One girl asked Moriah if she wanted to take us back and rolled her eyes and she shook her head no. Then, the girl says "I took someone last time " It was extremely rude and my Mom and I were in disbelief. Finally, Moriah took us back with an attitude the entire time. My mom was upset and flustered- Moriah was treating us like we were a complete burden. It's as if this girl does not like her job at all. She had a very nasty attitude. I know it might not seem like it a big deal the way it is written here but if you were there in person and experienced what we experienced, ypu would understand where we are coming from. My mom stopped and also asked to look at the small dogs for a minute and she said "no we are going back up to the front" I can understand if it is because we are not allowed- but she didn't even give us a reason. It was kind of like "I'm done with this now". She was extremely rude. I'm just in disbelief of Moriah's work ethic. I want one thing to be clear we are not upset that are that are cat wasn't there or taking it out on her or you guys because of that. As a business owner, I would want to know if one of my employees are acting like that. I want to clarify that this was at the AHS Sunny Slope location and I got a call back by a manager (I'm guessing) who told me there was nothing she could do about it. The volunteers in the thrift store were amazing though. After this experience and being told that there was nothing they can do, I definitely won't be going back.
