Terrible customer service. This place is a nightmare. Don't risk your time or your money here.
After several years of loyal patronage I had a problem with my most recent eye exam. For some reason I started getting headaches and noticed lots of eye fatigue. At first I thought it was allergies but then realized when I started wearing my previous eye prescription that it was the new prescription.
Unfortunately, it took me a few months (4-5) to realize what the problem was. So, I called them and asked for another eye exam. Too bad sucka! .. was essentially the answer I got. It had taken me too long and now they wanted to get paid for a new eye exam. That's their policy.
The manager chose their policy over providing good customer service. They don't value loyal customers. So do yourself a favor and find any other place to spend your money.. even if its just a different Nationwide Vision. Trust me on this.
