  • I just tried to call at 4:57 to schedule a new patient appointment. According to their website and phone recording they're open until 5, however, the phone recording says their office is currently closed. There isn't even an option to leave a message, the recording says to call back during normal business hours. Sorry, but I work 8-4:30 with a 25-30 minute drive home and can't call any earlier than I did today. I work in healthcare (actually WORK, unlike this office) and am busy seeing patients all day. I will be seeking another dermatologist, one who doesn't up and leave before it is time to do so.
