  • When you go, ask for Mark J! My girlfriend and i had a wonderful experience shopping for a living room set. We originally walked in to browse the store without making a purchase. Marks approach helped us decide on a love seat and sofa the same day! He initially showered us two different styles and asked which was more preferable. After a few more options, he brought us to a pair which we eventually bought. His knowledge about each product was impressive! He explained where each piece of the furniture came from and if its not American, he explained why. He managed to explain the build design and flipped over the recliner and explained how everything works and what sets La-Z-Boy apart from the competitors. He wasn't pushy and asked the right questions resulting in a perfect fit for our home. I am a healthcare recruiter and do the same on daily basis! Marks approach is how i conduct my business and i approve of it! We got a special order which should arrive in a few months. I'll write another post once that occurs to see what that experience was.
