  • I had, what the insurance company told me, was a small water loss. After having a number of contractors come by to look at the damage, I was told there was much more damage than the insurance company originally paid for. The insurance company had offered $2250 for my repairs. I hired Property Claim Adjusters, and they were able to get the insurance company to pay$31,564.23. Wow! These people are experts dealing with the insurance company. In the future, I will call them first.
