  • The HOA here are the scum of the earth. They are great at taking money but pathetic at doing at their jobs. Since I have lived here, I have been unable to log into the billing system to pay HOA fees, and the same answer from the Controller, Christy Lay, I should contact Western Alliance Bank. Surprise, Western Alliance Bank tells me I should contact the HOA at Scottsdale Shadows. This back and forth has gone on for a year, it is the HOA's crap billing system, they should fix it not the customer. It appears now that Christy Lay and the HOA are trying to steal my property. Contact me if you want the name of the scum law firm. RCI just wants to take the money and do nothing. Recently, the air conditioning in the building went out, mine worked until the AC died, then when it was fixed four fays later, the scum HOA RCI tried to claim that it had nothing to do with my AC breaking. Avoid moving here at all costs!!!!
