This past weekend while kayaking at Antelope Canyon, my phone decided to take a little swim in the water. I thought for sure it was completely dead and was resigned to having to buy a new phone, but it has slowly been coming back to life. I came into Verizon to get some advice on the best way for me to get a diagnostic check and potentially clean out some of the water damage.
As I walked in, I was greeted by Jason who immediately was at the ready as I started shooting off questions incessantly. He was incredibly helpful, walking me through all of my options. We looked up my plan and he saw that a member of my family was eligible for an upgrade and he explained that I could use that as a solution. Otherwise I could pay off the rest of my phone and just get on another payment plan. He clearly knew I wasn't trying to break the bank so he recommended another cell phone repair store right across the street.
The high touch service from Jason and the fact that he came up with multiple solutions for me within 10 min left me extremely impressed. Thanks for the help!
