This bank has the worst customer service I have ever seen. The teller they have working is always distracted. She is slow as molasses. And today she told me they will only have 1 teller from now on. Does Bank of America care about maintaining clients? And where is the branch manager? How about caring how your tellers treat people. When you stand in line and the teller is busy talking to other people about everything under the sun other than doing her job it is very frustrating.
