  • Location, location, location! HEXX has prime real estate on the strip. You get a great view of the Bellagio fountains from the patio section. The food is okay and a little overpriced (but whatever, its Vegas!) but the location can't be beat! The patio serves as a great refuge from all the sun and is a good spot for some people watching. The inside was nicely decorated as well but it was beautiful day outside the day we came. Although the patio is first come, first served - we made a request for it in our reservation and they were able to easily accommodate us. We ordered the smothered fries for the table to share. They tasted just how you would expect - fries smothered with gravy and cheese. This dish came out extremely fast which was a good thing for us because we needed something to munch on after a night of drinking. They could have let the cheese melt for longer though because in some sections, the cheese was a coagulated mess. Our table of 4 ordered all three of the omelet options (protein, veggie, and meat). Omelets were all okay - kinda wish we ordered something else but everyone was feeling eggs. The smashed potatoes that were served with the omelets were pretty good and seasoned well. Pricing is reasonable for Las Vegas. Oh...they provide you with dark chocolate at the end with cute little "spells". Cute touch! I wouldn't go out of my way to dine here again but it was just the type of place we needed to chill at after a night out.
