Initially I was very happy with this service. my sons iPhone screen cracked. They were very quick and the phone looked great. 2 days later the phone had a crack again in its screen. I called the store and they indicated that my son must have done something to crack the screen again. My son has had an iPhone for the last 5 years and has never cracked a screen. Even though I was pretty sure he did not do anything to crack the screen again , I paid to fix it again as we were leaving town. It is now 2 days later, I have paid $225 to fix the screen twice and it is cracked again. I watched it crack as he was texting.( at the table as all teenagers do) He did nothing to crack it other than text on his phone. Obviously there is a problem with the install. Very unhappy with the customer service of this store. I paid $225 .it is less than a week after my first screen was replaced. 2 days after my second screen replacement and I have an iPhone with a cracked screen,
