  • Was sent to Ballantyne Endodontics after my own dentist could not complete a root canal procedure due to complicated root structures. I had already gone through two procedures on this tooth and was not looking forward to another. Worse, I have a distinct aversion to dentists due to a wisdom tooth extraction at another facility 10 years ago that went very bad. I was apprehensive about this procedure, especially after the two previous attempts at my dentist were unsuccessful. I am extremely happy I was referred here. Dr. Sonia Chopra was extremely professional, empathetic to my previous experiences, and went out of her way to ensure my comfort and well being. Having had the complications I mention above, numbing that area of my mouth is not easy and can be painful. She took her time, and worked to keep the pain to a minimum. The procedure itself went smoothly and was very well handled. X-rays after showed the tooth well-drilled and sealed. The pain following the work is very minor and I'm pleased with my experience. The office staff was pleasant and efficient. Dr. Chopra's assistant during the work was very professional and pleasant as well. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Chopra and Ballantyne Endodontics to anyone who needs this work done.
