  • Flakey service with a bad attitude. They don't deserve the one star, it's too generous. Wow, this is a terrible service that does not make dogs a top priority. My walker (Ben) did not show up and when I called management to report it, she (Laurie) decided to yell at me and tell me I'm at fault. I'm absolutely disgusted that they forgot my dogs (pugs) and didn't take any responsibility. What happened to integrity and putting the dogs first? The owner actually had the nerve to tell me that this was not a big deal because his pug can go 8 to 10 hours without going to the bathroom. What an animal lover!! The owner also told me that I could fix all of this by putting a lock box on my door. Why should I trust them with a lockbox when they already dropped the ball and forgot my dogs? I also found out that they don't track their walkers on the gps ap, the walkers lie on the ap about what your dog did for the day and don't actually walk the dogs although you are being charged.
