  • We recently went to BMW to check out one of their electric cars, the i3. It was a very refreshing feeling to walk around the lot looking at vehicles without once being harassed. Upon entry we said we were interested in test driving the BMW i3. They put us with sales person Sam Barricela who also drives and i3. This was very helpful as the electric cars drive a little differently and have different features. Sam was extremely helpful during the whole process. We decided to lease the car and we are very happy with it. Sam and BMW exceeded our expectations with customer service and was even very helpful days after we left the lot. Was never too busy to answer and email or take calls with our questions. Wonderful experience. Thank you.
