  • A friend brought me here a while ago I was visiting Calgary, and the deliciousness is still imprinted in my mind. We started with little bites of boccaccini, anchovy and pimento. They were good, but the best was yet to come. The seared scallops with prosciutto and olive tapenade were absolutely OUT OF THIS WORLD! They were perfectly cooked, and the crisped prosciutto gave a really nice texture contrast. We also had the sambuca shrimp, which were so good we tried to re-create them the next night. The mushroom and arugula pizza had a nice earthy-ness , though I'd gladly make a meal of all the little appetizers. And... we had a great view of the kitchen action, sitting at the bar. It was like watching artists at work... and then devouring their masterpieces :)
