  • Kevin V. was a true professional with concern for the customer. His ability to find, diagnos, and repair the problem (leak under foundation) in a timely manner was above and beyond. He made every effort to make sure we had water during the repair and repair the problem as quick as possible. On the other hand Thai S. was not as helpful. He was more of a lets see how much we can charge you kind of guy and go for the upsell. His estimate was based on here is the figure to fix the problem not a professional estimate as one would expect kind of dealing with a car salesman. He even required payment before the job was even complete. I feel we paid way more than the job was worth (about $1000.00 too much) and I made it clear I wanted an itemized statement for my insurance company for reimbursment and what I received just confirmed my suspicion. The statement was two lines not an itemized breakout at all (even thoug hthats's what I asked for) more of a generic two line statement. Glad Kevin V. fixed the problem not sure I will do business with Mr. Rooter again.
