  • Tried them once. New patient exam. Not going back. Lots of downtime between each step in the first visit process. Dental x-ray tech had to re-take pictures. Told them I have a doc I have my root canals done with. But still tried to push their docs (no respect for the customers desire by continuing to ask). Now I'm getting emails from them about it. I was waiting for someone to come in to do my cleaning. I left after waiting 10 minutes for someone to show up.
