Pay a little more and go with better customer service at Enterprise or Hertz. Tricked into purchasing supplemental insurance and when asked why the bill went up 50$ from the kayak estimate, clerk didn't even look at receipt and just said 'airport taxes and fees.'
Upon return the rep told me to call 1800 number or stand in line again. Huge inconvenience especially when it's you're mistake. You correct it for your (ex) customer!
Shady business practices tricking customers into purchasing additional insurance coverage. Not cool.
