Let me start this review by saying that when I went to Best Buy, I had a bad day. I came home to find out that my front door had been kicked in and my house burglarized. Several of my electronics were stolen and I needed to have them replaced, hence my trip to Best Buy on Friday, July 25.
When I arrived, I told the sales team what had happened so that they could help me figure out what I needed. My sales associate was actually quite helpful and a true professional. He had great knowledge of the products and was helpful and patient. The problem came with the other sales associate, Mike, and the team lead whose name was not on his name badge (wonder why?!?). When my sales associate (the helpful one) ran into a slight problem ringing up my order, Mike and the team lead were condescending and patronizing at best. I asked both of them for help and both seemed to have the opinion that my purchase was not worth their time.
I ended up voiding my transaction, vowing to never return to Best Buy again. I did go to HH Gregg that weekend and they were more than happy to help me. I bought everything I intended to purchase at Best Buy and then some.
Sorry Best Buy - you have terrible customer service.
