  • I am having my oil changed here at Litchfield Auto Repair as I am writing this review. I got here early at 6:30am for a 7:00am appointment. As I was waiting till 7 to go into the building another person pulled up and pretty much sprinted into the shop. I didn't even try the door because it says the hours on the door M-F 7-6. I was a little bent because I got here 30 min early. But anyway I came in and waited for the person who came in early to set his oil change up. When it was my turn the guy who took my information was so polite and nice and helpful and patient with me I could no longer be mad about the other guy not telling him I was here before him anymore. The waiting area is very clean and nice with comfortable leather chairs, with TV on and coffee and water and even pastries. I'm very pleased so far. Even as I sit here hearing one of the mechanics talk to the guy in the office about another customers vehicle they are very concerned and not just Bem, bam, boom, get them in get them out. So far I diffidently see why this place got so many great reviews. I'm so happy I may have finely found a auto repair place I can trust!
