  • The service and parts side of this dealership is a joke. I can't speak for the sales side but after seeing how the rest is run I wouldn't buy a car from them. First off with the parts department. I called down to see if that had something in stock and was told yes to come down. I was there no later then 30 mins. Waste of my time. They didn't have it in stock at all but said they could order it. Thanks but I can order it cheaper if I wanted to order it. Next the service side of things. There is a tsb on the subaru brz that fixes the rim shudder and drop at idle. It's a simple refresh of the ecu. Takes 10mins tops and I know that for a fact. Once again called down to see if they could take care of it and was told yes they could get me in if I was there within 45mins. Made it in 30mins. Then was told that they couldnt get me in that i needed an appointment. After arguing that I was told buy a service writer that they needed the car all day for a 10 min job. He actually told me that I was told it could be done just to get me down there. What a joke. Another waste of my time. And both my experiences I was treated like an idiot. Sucks that there is no other subaru dealerships in vegas because without competition they can get away with treating people how ever they want.
