  • Was just ripped off going from Hotel to Las Vegas Airport (I have driver number and name if anyone is interested). I was got asked the question "scenic or freeway" by cabbie. I said most direct thinking that would be freeway...WRONG. What should have been about a $20 ride (airport to hotel cost on arrival) turned into a $32.00 fare. After doing a search I now see the scams that go on. My fault and lesson learned. I will never get taken twice! Posting so anyone going who thinks cab fares and practices are regulated in Las Vegas they are not. Do your homework - I will Uber or Lyft next time.
