  • After our washing machine broke and began leaking, David was extremely responsive (given it was after hours, on the weekend). He was able to provide us with an approximate quote and a diagnosis without charge right away (where most of his competitors tried to charge $80 for just a diagnostic fee - ridiculous). Even though his schedule was initially full the following day, he was able to fit us in. He was prompt, identified the issue quickly and gave us a very reasonable price for fixing our leaking machine. Thanks so much again David.
