  • I've been a member at Massage Envy for a little over a year and have recently decided to cancel my membership. This feels like a SCAM. I first visited the location in person one week ago requesting to cancel my membership. I was told that only a manager could cancel memberships and that I should leave my contact information for someone to call me. I left my contact details, waited three days.... and no one called. So I proactively called the location to see if a manager was available to help me cancel my membership. I was told that a manager would be in the next day between the hours of 11:30-2pm. I called the next day at 1:30pm as instructed, and was told that the manager had left at 11am.... The employee I spoke to sent me a form to cancel my membership (that the previous two people I spoke to didn't supply). I sent in the form the same day I received it and was told that a manager would call me to review my cancellation request within the next few days. It has now been three days and I still have not received a call from a manager. And so, I called again today... I was told that a manager would not be available for three days and that I should call again in a few days. My last resort is to call my bank to request a stop payment. Massage Envy has incredibly poor customer service and is only interested in collecting your $$$. Don't sign up!
