  • Called them and set appointment for next morning. To my surprise they show up the same night unexpectedly. I told the tech we had set the appointment for the following morning. He said he was very frustrated with someone who sent him out from the office. He said there would have been a $199 service fee for coming out after hourse, but that of course this wouldn't reflect on the next day service since it wouldn't be an after hours call(well no duh! we didn't schedule for an after hours call, we scheduled for the next morning) - Next morning comes around, no show. 90 minutes past the window they gave me, I called and they said they were just running late. I called them back and told them to cancel the trip altogether. After that unprofessionalism I don't trust their work. The lady was unpleasant who I spoke to when I cancelled and didn't even bother to apologize or ask if there was anything they can do. I am in business for myself and I would go bankrupt if I no showed/no called my clients or showed up after hours unexpectedly.
