  • CUSTOMER SERVICE at its BEST!!! My heartfelt thanks to Matt for assistance with a desperately needed delivery to Puerto Rico. UPS was the absolute way to send a small Generator to our Cousin. She has been without electricity since Hurricane Maria. Matt made it very easy to complete the paperwork and provide details of delivery. This extremely needed generator made its way to Puerto Rico, but with the Port of Puerto Rico in dismay, the package was accidently sent back to the States. We contacted UPS Customer Care a couple times but had a difficult time understanding where the package was and when it was going to be delivered. I called Matt, explained the situation, he worked with internal channels and the Generator was delivered 2 days later on our Cousin's birthday. Best present she's ever received. Thank you, Matt, for your urgency to resolving delivery and making a difference in our Cousin's life! You are an ANGEL!
