  • Came here with under 24 hours until my wedding. The dress I had ordered online from a different retailer didn't come on time and I needed something ASAP. I had a low budget and they absolutely worked with me. I explained my situation and told them that I was going to be on my way to pick up my (at that time future) husband in about four hours. I didn't have and appointment at all and they brought me about 8 dresses to try on even though they were working with another client. I told her I was just looking for something classic and simple, and she absolutely delivered. She also upsold me on the perfect pair of lacy white shoes that I will be able to reuse for a couple upcoming events. They're absolutely gorgeous and I'm excited to wear them again. I was 100% happy with my dress and was so happy, they even offered me a military discount even though my husband wasn't there and I didn't have a military ID at that point. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. They were so understanding and empathetic when I told them my dress hadn't gotten there yet. This was about 6 months ago and even though I am currently across the world and am not able to go to this location I will still go to David's Bridal for all my formal gown needs because of the customer service offered in this store. I wish I still had my salesperson's name, she was the best. I had too much fun sorting through that clearance rack together. Thank you so much!!!
