I booked a room here through hotwire for 3 nights. My flight got cancelled and I was delayed a day. When I tried to check in the second night, I was told my reservation was cancelled since I was a no-show the first day and was turned away.
I tried calling hotwire to see if they could do anything for me, however they respected this hotel's policy and did not refund me for any of the remaining 2 nights I already paid for. This left me stranded late at night, scrambling to find another place to stay. This was one of my worst customer service experiences I've had recently and this seems like a very unjust policy.
