  • DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. We purchased a block of rooms for my brothers wedding which will be on September 17, 2016. When our guests called to secure their room they were told there was no availability. When I called to see what was going on I was told that the staff learned the hotel was being sold and was closing a week prior. A WEEK PRIOR. We had sent out their hotel information to over 400 wedding guests. They never even called to let us know the hotel was closing. My brothers fiance FINALLY received a poorly written email from the sales person offering to help her make other arrangements. No apology. No offer to put our guests at a sister hotel with any sort of discount. We now have a few weeks to find a new hotel and have to spend over $1000 to charter transportation for our guests to the venue. We now have to pay to create and send out new hotel information cards to the wedding guests. Never mind the contract they signed to provide us rooms. They completely neglected it. The sales person actually hung up on my mother. The staff tried telling us the sales persons phone was broken when we could not seem to get a hold of her. We have called the corporate offices and were told someone would call us back. We never received a call back.
