rev:text	Found this place searching up lunch in my work area and seen they're new so I definitely had to try them out and hands down-- BEST burrito I've ever had. It was huge and almost couldn't finish it (keep in mind that I have a B I G appetite). This place definitely surprised me! Upon entering I was greeted immediately by the cook over the counter grilling a heap of what looked like shredded chicken on the grill. First look the actual building itself looks dated- supposedly used to be a burger joint(?), but when you walk in you can tell the place was remodeled nicely and they definitely do a good job keeping the place very clean. The salsa bar was also very neat and I had the chance to try the guacamole and the reddest salsa there (which was pretty spicy). I had previously ordered for pick-up and the man on the phone said it'd be ready in FIVE minutes.. So it definitely was ready when I approached. It came out to about $7.52 after tax, and the lady who rang me up thrown in some tortilla chips which tasted homemade along with my heavy burrito. I had the al pastor burrito (no beans) and it was phenomenal. You can tell the cook actually 'prepares' the food. Something most mexican 'fast food' restaurants I've been to ignore to do. The tortilla was actually slightly grilled on the bottom of the burrito to seal it nicely. The meat was well done and not runny at all. The Spanish rice was flavored nicely, and the pico de gallo tasted very fresh. I know this was beyond in depth, but they deserve this 5 star review. Great job Taqueria Guadalajara. I'll be back! Thank you!
