  • I was really looking forward to our Cabana Day at the Westine pool! When our party that included two families arrived we were greeted by a vast amount of disappointments! The pool staff was more concerned with their evening event then our accommodations! We asked to speak with a manager 5 times before a 20 some year old snot nose kid came to speak with us! The paddle board were out for service for the entire day, leaving the facility with only 3 canoes boats. There was no waiting list for the canoes and some guest where going over their allotted time frame of one hour, and when we brought this to the attention the the rental place we were just brushed off. The misters in one of our cabanas were broken, and there was no fridge in another cabana which was supposed to be included. The top pool was way too warm! Uncomfortably warm for a Summer day in Vegas. The slide was a nice touch the pool! Perhaps the only thing we enjoyed! As far as costumer service the get a thumbs down! The only person there with any customer service skills was our waitress! Kudos to her! She is the only reason the manager finally spoke to us!
