  • I love staying here, it is so beautiful, everything is in the details, the casino is fun the rooms are beautiful,,restaurants and spa are highly recommend, especially sw steakhouse! Only reason I am not giving 5 stars is , I stay at the Wynn a lot, the last time I stayed, I woke with lots of bug bites on my leg,,I informed the hotel, they had 2 people come upstairs and take pictures and write a report. When I got back home I got a phone call from a staff member saying she got the report back after they tested the room and said there was no bed bugs, I then asked the lady for a copy of this report but she refused to send it to me which was very suspicious, I don't doubt this is a clean hotel, but it was obvious something was in the room and the hotel did not make any effort to make it right.
