  • My 300th review is goes to the location of the most fun event i've ever experience--- slide the city! My best friend and i were patiently waiting for tickets to go on sale. We ordered them and then 20 hours later the event was sold out. from all of the other pics online, it seemed that slide the city would be actually in the city but im assuming due to the t. swift concert & arts festival the same day, it would have caused chaos. Hopwever, the slopes at south park worked probably better than a crowded city would have. Going down a 1,000 slip & slide was the time of my life. I was all smiles and giggles the entire (what felt like) 2 minutes. But this review is about the park!! I felt this park was very nice. We rode by plenty of shelters for parties, an indoor shelter, a spring with a fountain (that happened to have a wedding going on at the time- how pretty), plenty of playgrounds, bike trails ect. There were many people having fun at the park that werent part of the 5,000 people at Slide The City, I will head back to South Park to take a closer look at what all this park has to offer.
