  • I have seen this food truck around for awhile but had never tried it... until now! Why did I wait so long? I must say that this is the best food truck I have eaten from. I had the Caprese Sandwich w/sweet potato chips. The sandwich had thick slices of firm red tomatoes and mozzarella cheese. I added avocado which gave the sandwich a creaminess. It also has pesto and a drizzle of balsamic reduction. It came on a delicious, crusty roll. Every element of this sandwich was so fresh and went perfectly together. The side of sweet potato chips were fantastic.. they use actual sweet potatoes instead of yams and slices them super thin so they turn out crispy and not greasy at all. If you see this truck around, stop and eat. Sandwiches run $8-$9 including a side which is such a bargain for quality, fresh, local ingredients like they use.
