Average and Unremarkable. There aren't a lot of Cajun-specific restaurants in Toronto, so one would hope Po' Boys would have it together.
Wrong.
I had the Jambalaya, and to be honest - Zatarain's mix you can buy at a Grocery Store is better. It was like a soggy rice pilaf with chunks of sausage marinated in liquid smoke. Granted, I was comparing it to other Cajun I've had (Southern Accent in Toronto, and spending a lot of time in the South).
This is like a cookbook interpretation of Creole/Cajun Cuisine with a "close-enough" mentality to crucial ingredients.
Not impressed, and definitely won't be going back.
