| - I have visited YinzBurgh several times since they opened, and am impressed with how they've improved over the years. On my most recent stop, I had a brisket/pulled pork combo, along with mac and cheese, and their Chili Q.
Both the pulled pork and brisket were moist and tasty, but did need BBQ sauce to punch up the flavor. If you like mustard based sauces, you owe it to yourself to try their Honey Gold sauce. The mac and cheese has always been solid (flavorful, and not greasy), but my favorite item is their Chili Q, which is chili with delicious brisket. How brilliant of a concept is that? One of my buddies had a brisket/mac and cheese wrap, which he was happy with, and I will try the next time, just because it sounds so ridiculous.
I always enjoy the food at YinzBurgh, but I think their prices are a touch high for the portions that you receive. The store is clean, and the staff is very friendly, and pretty quick, too (quickness tends to be a trait that few barbecue shops have, in my experience).
If you're in the neighborhood, and are in the mood for tasty barbecue, give YinzBurgh a try.
